Are you an Electrician looking for the opportunity to work with an established, busy Main Contractor on a permanent basis? We have a position available for an experienced candidate to work within the Electrical division of a Social Housing Contractor, working on Social Housing Refurbishment projects. Based from the companys offices in Wigan, youll be working across the North West. You will be working in both tenanted and void properties, working on a variety of planned and reactive maintenance jobs. This is a permanent position, offering price work aswell as a basic salary of around £41k plus van and fuel card. Duties will include: Carrying out Electrical repairs, maintenance, and installations within domestic, social housing properties. Testing, inspection, and fault finding of electrical equipment. EICRs Ensuring all administration related to repairs is complete. The ideal candidate will have: Full UK Driving License NVQ level 3 or City & Guilds 2360/2330 part 1 & 2 qualification City & Guilds 2391/2394 & 2395 inspection and testing (desirable) A good level of IT literacy. An understanding of Health and Safety Regulations within the workplace.
