The Role:
The Source-to-Pay programme will modernise and streamline procurement processes by integrating sourcing, procurement, and invoicing into a seamless, end-to-end solution. This transformation helps improve operational efficiency, enhance supplier collaboration, and ensure real-time visibility across the supply chain.
Responsibilities:
* Working within the Product Portfolio, managing the EIT elements on Global Source to Pay which is a Type-4 transformation project.
* Coordinate and project manage internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
* Ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
* Manage resource planning including availability, allocation and tracking, to support both day-to-day operations and transformation activities.
* Developing detailed project plans to track progress including dependencies and milestones.
* Creating, forecasting and managing project budgets.
* Communicating effectively with project teams, stakeholders, and interested parties.
* Create and maintain thorough project documentation, including delivery plans, status reports, risk logs, and change management records, to support governance and audit readiness.
* Measuring project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
* Complex stakeholder Management.
Skills & Experience:
* Experience of working with procurement systems.
* Strong written and verbal communications skills.
* Ability to adapt to a changing technical environment.
* Ability to communicate clearly with all team members and stakeholders.
* Ability to work with a sense of urgency.
* Ideally experience within the defense industry.
