Where no two days are the same the role requires someone who is quick thinking and can respond to complex customer queries and is confident using Excel to an intermediary. You will have the ability to learn quickly. You will be an organised and efficient person who puts Customer satisfaction as high priority. Working in a team this Customer Service role will be: •Answering telephone calls and dealing with different issues/ enquires/ complaints • Building customer relations and rapport. • Assisting with all aspects of the order process; from the quotation to the after sales. • Using in-house computer software systems. • Ability to understand and learn new processes and systems in a fast paced environment You will Work in a team in an open plan modern office and report into the Customer Service Manager Pay great attention to detail. Have a confident telephone manner. Be able to deal with different personalities and work as a team.The ability to be flexible due to the variation in responsibilities the job role requires.
