HR Advisor – Sovereign Network Group (RG21 4FA)
Fox Morris Group are working to recruit a HR Advisor
Based in Basingstoke, 2 days a week in the office
JOB PURPOSE
Report into the Employee Relations Specialist to provide a comprehensive, expert service of advice and guidance to all areas of the business in order to enable the capability of Managers in dealing with all people matters.
Utilise management information and trend analysis to support Sovereign to manage performance more effectively.
Liaise across the People team to ensure knowledge of all department priorities and initiatives are up to date and support the implementation across the organisation.
Establish, develop and maintain effective working relationships with all work colleagues, contractors and partnering agencies to ensure an integrated contribution to Sovereign’s corporate objectives.
Ideally, you'll be CIPD qualified or working towards this but it's not essential
Primary duties will be ER casework - MUST HAVE EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE IN ER CASEWORK
