Job Purpose
The Secretary will provide high-level administrative and organizational support to senior executives, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication. The role includes preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations; arranging meetings and conference calls; and coordinating events, travel, and cross-departmental initiatives.
Key Responsibilitie
* sSupport senior management with personal and work-related duties
* .Draft and prepare official letters, documentation, and correspondence
* .Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls
* .Take accurate minutes of meetings when required
* .Assist in preparing reports and presentations
* .Organize and support events, lunches, dinners, and business meetings
* .Attend events as requested, acting in a PR/hostess capacity
* .Coordinate travel arrangements
* .Maintain spreadsheets and assist with data management
