Salary: £25,000 base (negotiable) | Year 1 OTE £45,000
The Role
We're on the lookout for a Management Trainee to join our Islington team as we continue to grow.
This is an entry-level position built for people who are serious about carving out a career in management, business, and leadership — not just landing a job. We're not searching for someone who has it all figured out. We're searching for someone hungry to learn, grow, and take on real responsibility.
From your first week, you'll be working alongside experienced managers, getting hands-on exposure to how a real business runs, and building the foundations for a genuine career in leadership.
What You'll Be Developing
Through practical, day-to-day involvement in the business, you'll build knowledge and skills across:
* Business development and client growth
* Team leadership and people management
* Business operations and commercial decision-making
* Entrepreneurial thinking and how to scale a business
This is about learning by doing — in a real environment, with real stakes.
Progression & Training
SCP offers a clearly structured pathway from trainee to management, with defined milestones and a realistic route into senior positions within 6 to 12 months.

You'll receive:

Your Day-to-Day
As part of the team, you'll get stuck into:
* Supporting the planning and delivery of business development campaigns
* Coordinating and leading small teams as your confidence grows
* Helping to coach and develop junior team members
* Tracking KPIs and contributing to performance targets
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Getting involved in business operations and daily management
* Taking part in workshops, networking events, and leadership training
* Playing an active role in SCP's ongoing expansion
