To oversee and manage a team of electricians on various programmes of work across the South East region.
* Supervise electrical installations in accordance with BS7671, Bridges Health & Safety Rules, and Essential Standards.
* Ensure all items are installed to the highest standards, complying with the project's quality plan and inspection and test plans.
* Follow and promote the STAR dynamic risk assessment; empowered to stop work if unsafe conditions arise.
* Coach and mentor Electricians, Electrical Improvers/Mates, and Apprentices.
* Promote and demonstrate Bridges' values in dealings with peers, staff, customers, and clients.
* Encourage positive health and well-being among peers.
* Act professionally and serve as an ambassador for Bridges, supporting business goals and maintaining the company's reputation.
* Essential qualifications include ECS gold card, SSSTS/SMSTS, appropriate City & Guilds trade qualification, and experience managing electrical projects in water/heavy industrial industries. A fit-to-work medical is also required.
* Desirable qualifications include PASMA/IPAF, confined space, COMPEX, EUSR water hygiene, Thames water passport, and inspection and testing certification.

This is a permanent role, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, paid hourly with overtime. Travel time is paid door-to-door. A company van and fuel card are provided.
