We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Embroidery Machine Operator to join our in-house embroidery department. This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday 8.15am to 4.45pm with an early finish on Fridays. Main Duties & Responsibilities of the Role: Set up and operate embroidery machines, following job specifications and ensuring accurate placement of designs on garments. Load and thread machines with appropriate colours and materials according to job specification. Monitor machine operation, making adjustments as needed to maintain quality and efficiency. Inspect finished products for quality and consistency, addressing any issues or defects promptly. Perform routine maintenance on embroidery machines, including cleaning, oiling, and troubleshooting. Pack garments into boxes, ready for despatching, ensuring garments are labelled correctly. Maintain a clean and organised work area. Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and maintain workflow efficiency. Braid and cord blazers using an industrial sewing machine. About You: Previous experience as an embroidery machine operator is essential. Previous experience as a sewing machinist. A strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high quality work. Good communication skills to work effectively with team members. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
