Teaching Personnel are working with a successful, high‑achieving secondary school in the Tadley area to appoint a dedicated and experienced Teacher of Maths Specialist. This full‑time role is ideal for a committed practitioner with strong behaviour management and a passion for delivering engaging, high‑quality Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4.

You will be:
* An experienced Maths Teacher with QTS (or equivalent qualification)
* Confident managing behaviour and building positive relationships
* A passionate advocate for Mathematics and its importance in the curriculum
* Able to inspire engagement, resilience and enthusiasm in students of all abilities
* A reflective practitioner committed to continuous CPD and departmental improvement
* A strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
ECTs may be considered, but the role is primarily designed for experienced teachers ready to contribute immediately.
