The Early Bird, a well-loved coffee shop and bakery in the heart of Kings Heath, is seeking a dynamic FOH Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead our team and drive our business forward.

Your Role:
* Deliver exceptional service and inspire your team to do the same.
* Manage daily operations, including stock control, rotas, and compliance.
* Oversee our popular event restaurant two nights a week (Thursdays & Fridays).
* Recruit, train, and mentor front-of-house staff.
* Step in at our sister site, Perch, in Birmingham city centre when needed.
We're Looking For:
* 5+ years of management experience in a high-quality hospitality venue.
* 2+ years of barista experience – a passion for coffee is essential.
* A natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
* Someone career-focused in hospitality, eager to grow with a forward-thinking business.
* An organised wizard to ensure the operation runs orderly and without missing a beat.
