ABOUT THE ROLE
Due to healthy order books and company expansion, there is a need for a degree-qualified Quantity Surveyor to support the Commercial Department on projects ranging from £5m – £50m.
As the Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for assisting with the management of costs with the end goal of maximising the project profit margin and ensuring payment delivery while developing future client relationships.
REQUIREMENTS
* This role is best suited to an experienced Quantity Surveyor with skills developed with a civil engineering or RC Frame and Groundwork subcontractor.
* Ideally, be Degree educated within Quantity Surveying.
* 4+ years experience with a Civil or RC Frame and Groundwork contractor.
