Salary: Depending on experience plus OTE.
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm (with 1 late a week until 6.30pm). You may be required to work Saturdays on a rota basis between 9:00am - 1:00pm.
Location: Horsham, West Sussex. Flexible or remote working options available. Training will be at our Head Office in Horsham, with occasional travel for company meetings.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage a sales team in-office and remotely, leading by example.
* Coordinate with lead suppliers through weekly calls to monitor conversion and cancellation rates.
* Analyze and report on team and individual performance.
* Develop strategies and forecasts, reporting progress to the board.
* Expand and grow the sales team with monitored plans.
* Ensure achievement of KPIs and targets at individual and team levels.
* Conduct daily sales meetings to motivate and develop the team.
* Implement incentive and commission schemes.
* Maximize lead generation internally and externally through strategic initiatives.
* Communicate sales targets effectively to team members.
* Provide coaching, mentoring, training, and performance management.
* Adhere to company policies, procedures, and legislative requirements.
* Collaborate with senior management to maintain sales and service performance, with weekly reporting.
* Generate reports for stakeholders and customers as needed.
* Maintain compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 policies and documentation.
Candidate Profile
Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Minimum of 5 years management experience. Skilled in training, coaching, and maintaining high sales team performance. Responsible for onboarding new employees, executing sales strategies, and meeting sales targets. Motivated, team-focused, with strong telesales skills and excellent organizational abilities. Trustworthy, professional, and reliable.
