Loft Insulation Installer - Newcastle Full-time | 40 hours per week | Long-term ongoing work | Potential permanent role We're looking for an experienced Loft Insulation Installer to join our team in Newcastle. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone reliable and skilled who takes pride in quality workmanship. The role offers consistent full-time hours, long-term stability, and the potential to go permanent for the right candidate. Role Includes: Installing various types of loft insulation materials (e.g. mineral wool, rolls, boards, etc.) to meet required standards. Measuring, cutting, and fitting insulation accurately. Preparing loft areas safely and maintaining good ventilation. Checking for existing insulation, damp, or damage and reporting any issues. Working safely in confined spaces and following all H&S procedures. Keeping the work area clean and tidy, ensuring a professional finish. Liaising with customers and providing excellent service on-site. ✅ Requirements: Valid CSCS Card - essential NVQ in Loft Insulation or Insulation & Building Treatments - essential Own tools and transport - required Previous experience in loft or cavity insulation installation Good understanding of site safety and building regulations Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team What We Offer: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday Long-term, ongoing work with immediate start Competitive hourly rate (DOE) Potential for a permanent position for the right candidate Supportive team and safe working environment
