Support Worker – Children’s Residential Homes We’re looking for caring, resilient Support Workers to join our team supporting children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties in residential homes. You’ll help with daily routines, education, and activities – creating a safe, nurturing environment that promotes independence, dignity, and positive outcomes. What we’re looking for: * Empathetic, patient, and calm under pressure. * Good communication skills and a genuine commitment to safeguarding children. * Flexible to work shifts, including evenings and weekends. * Experience with children or learning disabilities is desirable but not essential – full training provided. * Driving licence preferred.
