The Role
You will manage a broad Employment caseload, including:
1. Advising employers and senior employees on contracts, policies, restructures and day-to-day HR issues
2. Handling disputes including unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy, grievances and settlement agreements
3. Acting on Employment Tribunal and High Court matters, liaising with counsel where required
