As a Primary Teaching Assistant, we expect you to be an exceptional team member. Our requirements include:
1. Experience working within schools.
2. Confidence with the curriculum.
3. Holding a relevant qualification - Level 2 or Level 3 in childcare or a TA course.
4. Providing quality support to teachers and pupils.
5. Ability to conduct small group work and work with individuals based on teachers' planning.
6. Ability to think quickly and adapt.
