As a Patient Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for patients, staff, and visitors, helping with queries and managing referrals. You will therefore play a key role in keeping patients’ healthcare journeys smooth and stress-free.
Yours would be a full-time role, 37.5 hours per week with flexible shifts.
We have options available to join us on a permanent or fixed-term (12 months) basis.
Person specification:
* (Desirable) Previous experience as a Patient Administrator
* (Desirable) Previous experience working within a healthcare setting
* (Essential) Previous experience working within an administrative or customer support role
* (Essential) Excellent attention to detail
* (Essential) Good computer proficiency
* (Essential) GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade C or above / Grade 4-9), equivalent Level 2 Functional Skills qualifications, or equivalent professional experience
