Role
About the Role : As an Early Years Educator in the Toddlers Room, you will play a vital role in providing a stimulating and nurturing environment for our active toddlers. You will be responsible for:
* Creating a fun and engaging atmosphere that caters to the individual needs of each toddler.
* Providing sensitive care and support, including toileting routines and encouraging independence.
* Planning and delivering engaging activities that promote physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development.
* Observing and assessing toddlers\' progress, documenting their development and maintaining accurate records.
* Building strong relationships with parents and carers, keeping them informed about their child\'s progress.
* Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the room.

Requirements
* Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years Education or a related field.
* Experience working with toddlers or young children.
* Strong understanding of child development in the early years.
* Patient, nurturing, and energetic individual with excellent communication skills.
* Ability to manage a group of active toddlers and create a safe and stimulating environment.
* Highly observant and able to identify individual needs and milestones.
* Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
