I'm currently supporting a well-established organisation within the care sector that is looking for a People Support Coordinator to join their HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in employee relations who enjoys working in a role that makes a genuine impact on both employees and organisational culture. In this role, you'll act as a key point of contact for employee relations matters, supporting managers and colleagues across the business. You'll be working closely with the People Advisor and wider People team to help create a positive, fair and supportive workplace, while ensuring compliance with employment law and company policies. Key Responsibilities Act as a trusted point of contact for employee relations, supporting grievances, disciplinaries, and workplace concerns. Advise managers on performance management, including underperformance and capability processes. Support conflict resolution by mediating and facilitating open, fair discussions. Monitor absence trends, support return-to-work processes, and promote well-being initiatives. Contribute to employee engagement activities and feedback initiatives. Provide input on policy compliance and improvements, keeping in line with legislation and best practice. Support training and development needs around employee relations, leadership and workplace behaviour. Track HR data and trends, producing reports and insights to help shape people strategy. Keep up to date with employment law and HR trends to advise and support best practice. What they're looking for Previous experience in an HR generalist or employee relations-focused role, ideally within a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of employment law and people management practices. Confident communicator who can build trust and credibility across all levels. Skilled in handling sensitive conversations and resolving disputes with fairness. Experience supporting managers with performance management and complex employee issues.
