Customer Relationship Executive - Newport

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 07:45 - 17:00, 37.5 hours per week

Role overview: As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will build and maintain relationships with clients, conduct business reviews to ensure satisfaction, and alert the sales team to further opportunities. The role involves working towards targets and KPIs, and collaborating closely with account managers to deliver excellent service.

Requirements:

* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
* Previous sales experience and organized work approach
* Hardworking with a strong work ethic
* Ability to support your team in delivering our ESG Strategy – Decade to Deliver
* Experience managing client relationships as a client relationship executive
