* Run a streamlined caseload (~15 files), typically £250k+ value
* Lead serious/catastrophic injury matters to optimal outcomes ✅
* Provide first-class client care in sensitive situations 🤝
* Contribute to BD, referrals, and knowledge-sharing across the team 📈
