Salary -£40,000
ContractDuration – 6months contract inside IR35 (potential for extension)
At Deloitteand specifically within our team, client relationships are our top priority.We’re looking for a dedicated and personable Account Executive to maintainclient accounts and serve as our main point of contact. The ideal candidatewill have a passion for working with a range of clients and a drive forproviding exceptional customer service. They will also be responsible forensuring sales growth whilst maintaining strong stakeholdermanagement.
Objectives of this role
* Serveas the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns andneeds
* Buildand strengthen client relationships to achieve long-termpartnerships
* Maintainaccurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates andrenewals
* Workwith the sales development representatives (SDR) and other internal teammembers to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are being metand the team is driving sales forward
* Developa thorough understanding of customer products and service offerings tobetter upsell and cross-sell to clients
* Motivate,mentor and lead a team of SDR’s to best generate leads and drive sales
Responsibilities
* Manageand maintain strong stakeholder relationships
* Handleinquiries and requests from customers and address their needs
* Stayon top of accounts / account, making sure they receive services that arewithin their budget and meet their needs
* Meetregularly with other team members to discuss progress and find new ways tobusiness develop and increase growth
* Generateprogress reports for clients and senior leaders within the organization
* Identifyupsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with thesales team regularly
* Leadon daily sales meetings and set achievable targets for the team
* ConductROI data analysis
Required skills and qualifications
* Minimum3-4 years professional experience in a corporate or agencysales role
* SpeaksSpanish, German or Nordic languages
* Technicalskills to understand and propose products or solutions by focusing on theclient’s requirements
* Proven ability to hit salestargets, bring in new business and build and sustain good businessrelationships
* Strong understanding of marketmapping, psychographics and an ability to demonstrate entrepreneurialflair
* Experience working towardsKPI’s and ability in setting them too
* Abilityto multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
* Strongexperience navigating CRM’s and Sales Intelligence Platforms
* Strongwritten and verbal communication skills
* Abilityto build relationships well
* Excellentorganizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred skills and qualifications
* Experiencehaving worked in a similar corporate sales role
* Universitydegree / equivalent
* Createdstrong network through previous professional experience
