What you’ll do
1. Assists in the development and implementation of emergency procedures.
2. Recommends follow-up action for security breaches.
3. Conducts investigation of all losses of property assets and refers to proper management for disposition.
4. Deploys security staff to effectively monitor and protect property assets.
5. Communicates the importance of safety procedures, detailing procedure codes.
6. Ensuring employee understanding of safety codes, monitoring processes and procedures related to safety.
7. Utilizes interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, and encourage others.
8. Advocates sound financial/business decision making; demonstrates honesty/integrity; leads by example.
9. Empowers employees to provide excellent customer service.

This role requires compliance with quality assurance expectations and standards. You may be required to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. Enter and locate work-related information using computers and/or point of sale systems. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
