Job Overview
-In a busy college where policing representatives attend courses or meetings, working within a team of receptionists, delivering great customer service skills, front face to all who arrive onto site and stay within the site
Main Duties
-Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately. Answering and forwarding incoming phone calls, using a good telephone manner. Receiving and sorting daily mail, incoming and outgoing. Issuing room keys out to delegates staying overnight on site. Controlling Salto cards and working the Salto system. Booking in and out visitors and delegates using client booking system
What we are looking for

-Ability to work with word and excel systems
