We now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join our Clothing & Home Development & Delivery team based at our Distribution Centre in Castle Donington. You will be accountable for implementing a variety of Logistics change initiatives across our partially automated site, bringing them in within budget, timeframe and to specification.

Your key responsibilities, amongst others, will include:
* To own project specific plans to implement change projects. Keeping key Business Partners aligned and engaged throughout the project lifecycle
* To understand and detail interdependencies between projects and highlight opportunities and / or risks
* To follow agreed project methodology, including clear definition of RACI and project scope
* To own the project specific change budget and deliver benefits in line with the business proposal
* Support creation of business proposals, then create / coordinate implementation plans and deliver successively
* Coordinate internal and external resources (SMEs, Business Partners, suppliers and partners) in a cohesive manor to ensure the project is successful
* Engage Business Partners to ensure successful delivery of change, Including Business Units, Retail, Supply Chain & Logistics, IT, Engineering and Finance teams
* Maintain all agreed governance timelines / templates (RAID, Status Reports, Financial Trackers)
* Work with Development Managers through feasibility and design of the project ensuring the right solutions are implemented
* Develop positive relationships with key partners across the business including Castle Donington operations/ carrier teams/IT/ Suppliers
To succeed in this role, you will have previous experience as a Project Manager, with a background in change / Project / Programme management. This will have been gained within a Retail Logistics environment, e-commerce or similar i.e. production, manufacturing, engineering or distribution. In addition, you will need:
* To be comfortable with prioritising multiple projects simultaneously
* A phenomenal communicator, with an ability to challenge, influence and persuade others to move towards a common vision or goal in an environment where no two days are the same
* To be familiar with Prince and Agile principles/methodologies
