BOM Controller Location: Leamington Spa (onsite working) Type: Permanent, full time Our client: We're working with a high-performance engineering firm at the forefront of elite motorsport-supplying cutting-edge systems to championships such as GT Racing, Formula E, and WRC. The opportunity: As part of their ongoing growth, our client is looking to appoint a BOM Controller to support the seamless integration of design and production systems across the business. This is a pivotal role, sitting between Engineering and Operations, and is ideally suited to someone with a sharp eye for detail, a structured mindset, and the technical confidence to ensure engineering data is accurately captured, maintained, and transferred between CAD and ERP environments. Key Responsibilities: Own and manage the full lifecycle of the Bill of Materials (BOM) across multiple product lines. Ensure accurate and consistent data flow from CAD (Creo) into ERP (RPS or equivalent) systems. Support product lifecycle management, from design through to manufacturing readiness. Champion data accuracy, traceability, and process integrity across departments. Work closely with design, production, and procurement teams to maintain alignment and efficiency. Ideal Candidate: Proven experience in BOM control, product data management, or engineering documentation. Working knowledge of CAD systems (preferably Creo) and ERP platforms. Strong data management and analytical skills, with a process-driven approach. An understanding of manufacturing workflows, ideally within low-volume, high-complexity environments such as motorsport or automotive engineering. Meticulous attention to detail, with a collaborative mindset and clear communication skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-precision environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
