Supply Chain Planner (Senior Associate) - Basingstoke, Hybrid)
Hybrid working (50% office)
12 month Contract (initially)
We're looking for a proactive and detail-driven Supply Chain Planner to support the smooth flow of pharmaceutical products into the UK market. You'll play a key role in ensuring optimal inventory levels, reliable order fulfilment, and high service performance across multiple logistics partners.
What You'll Do
* Plan and coordinate product replenishment from global manufacturing sites
* Monitor inbound shipments and resolve supply issues
* Manage stock levels across UK logistics hubs and minimise aging stock
* Support order fulfilment for a direct-to-pharmacy model
* Track service levels, investigate issues, and drive continuous improvement
* Report key supply chain KPIs and contribute to process optimisation and automation
What you'll bring:
* 3+ years' experience in supply planning or inventory management (pharma/FMCG preferred)
* Strong Excel and ERP system skills
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management
* A collaborative, detail-focused approach
Nice to have:
SAP, PowerBI/Tableau, experience with 3PLs, and knowledge of UK GDP regulations.
