Familiarity with virtualization technologies, particularly Hyper-V, and cloud technologies such as Office 365 and Azure is essential. Responsibilities: In this role, you will manage 2nd and 3rd line technical support for schools, providing exceptional levels of customer service and support. You will be responsible for resolving and managing any technical issues that affect the operational functionality of the schools by delivering robust technical solutions. Mentoring and supporting first and second-line support roles will also be part of your responsibilities. You will ensure compliance with school policies, undertake project work, and lead various projects from inception to implementation. Additionally, you may be involved in internal network support and staff training as required.
