Senior Civils Technician FULLY REMOTE £35K-£40k plus benefits Our client, a respected property consultancy, is seeking a Civils Technician to join their growing team and will consider candidates on a fully remote basis. Their project involvement starts at the beginning of the development process through to completion and includes preparation of outline planning reports including flood risk assessments, drainage strategies and highway feasibility studies. What You'll Do: Support the design and development of civil engineering solutions (drainage, highways, site layouts, infrastructure) Ensure compliance with regulations, planning standards, and design codes Assist with problem-solving and technical innovation across projects Produce accurate and high-quality design deliverables Promote health, safety, and sustainability (CDM 2015 compliance) About You: Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D for 3D modelling Relevant degree/apprenticeship and practical experience Enthusiasm for progressing towards ICE membership Full UK driving licence and own transport (role involves site visits) Able to pass an Enhanced DBS check If you'd like to apply for this position, then please send your CV to Graham Ventham at Conrad Consulting.
