Milk Education is proud to be working in partnership with a friendly and inclusive primary school in North Tyneside, who are seeking a dedicated Primary Learning Assistant to join their team.
This is a rewarding opportunity to become part of a supportive school community, working closely with staff to help pupils thrive academically, socially and emotionally.
The Role:
As a Primary Learning Assistant, you will:
1. Provide in-class support across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
2. Work 1:1 and with small groups to support learning and engagement
3. Assist the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom organisation
4. Support pupils with additional needs where required
5. Help create a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment

The Ideal Candidate:
9. Experience working with children in a school or similar setting
10. Patient, caring and enthusiastic about supporting young learners
11. Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable but not essential
12. Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
