Wellness Coach – Slough
Salary: £26,375– £27,000
Contract: Full-time, 40 hrs/week
Location: Slough
We are seeking a motivated Wellness Coach to deliver our Shape Up 4 Life weight management programme, plus support NHS Health Checks, Falls Prevention, and Smoking Cessation services.
What you’ll do:
Run engaging health sessions (in-person & online) to inspire lasting behaviour change.
Take health measurements, complete assessments, and make referrals.
Work with GPs, community groups, and local partners.
Operate our mobile health clinic (manual driving licence required).
Work flexibly, including some evenings/weekends.
What you’ll need:
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in health, science, or social science.
Experience delivering health and wellbeing programmes (weight management a plus).
Great communication & motivational skills.
IT literacy, attention to detail, and adaptability.
