Job Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Telesales Supervisor to lead and support one of our telesales teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, mentoring team members, driving sales performance, and ensuring that targets are met in a fast-paced call centre environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and coordinate daily telesales activities, ensuring a high level of productivity and professionalism.
* Monitor calls and provide coaching to improve sales techniques, customer service, and compliance.
* Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
* Generate reports on team performance, sales metrics, and customer feedback.
* Handle escalated customer queries and complaints professionally and promptly.
* Motivate and support the telesales team to maintain high morale and a positive working environment.
* Collaborate with other departments (marketing, operations, etc.) to support campaigns and optimize sales strategies.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant industry regulations.
* Coach the sales team on selling techniques and best practices through “ride alongs” with each individual.

* Proficient in CRM systems, MS Office suite and call centre software.

Desirable Experience
* Experience in the automotive, construction or industrial supply sectors.
* Experience with telesales, preferably within a B2B environment.
* Previous experience supervising or mentoring a telesales team.
