About the role: As a Behaviour Mentor in Havering, London, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting students with challenging behaviour and special educational needs. Working closely with dedicated staff in a school rated 'Outstanding' by Ofsted, you'll have the opportunity to develop positive relationships and make a lasting impact on student wellbeing and academic success.
Key responsibilities of a Behaviour Mentor:
* Provide tailored support to students with special educational needs.
* Assist children with challenging behaviour, using empathy and excellent communication skills.
* Collaborate with teachers and the SEN team to create a positive learning environment.

What you'll need to succeed:
* A minimum 2:1 degree from a Top 20 UK University.
* Outstanding A-Level results.
* A passion for working with children, particularly those with SEN.
* Patience, empathy, and excellent listening skills.
* A desire to progress within the field of education.

* Pay: £444-£513 weekly via PAYE (including holiday pay)
* Contract Type: Full Time, Long Term until July 2026
