Jiggle Staffing are delighted to be recruiting for a Construction Solicitor within a well-established, Legal 500 award winning Law Firm. You will be NQ or up to 3 years PQE and work closely with the Head of Construction to deliver a well-run and efficient Construction Team. You will be joining a growing team who are exposed to high-quality work. The role will be primarily contentious in the short term and experience in all relevant forms of dispute resolution adjudication, litigation, arbitration, expert determination and mediation. There will be the ability to undertake some non-contentious work and experience in this area is preferred, but not essential – relevant training can be provided. The successful Candidate will be able to demonstrate the following: Strong communication skills Proficient file management Work collaboratively within a team A strong tactical lawyer with commercial skills Identify legal risks and advise clients on risk mitigation strategies, ensuring that all transactions comply with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
