Support Coordinator
Salary £27,500 / Earn £14.06 per hour plus 34 days leave (rising to 39) and a health cash plan worth over £1,140.
Permanent, Full time (37.5 hours per week).
Location: Farnborough. Please note we can’t offer a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) for this role.

What you’ll do
* Lead support planning and coordinate our Support Workers to deliver person-centred support.
* Balance support, safeguarding, admin and meetings while guiding colleagues and managing caseloads.
* Support customers with daily tasks such as budgeting, cooking and attending appointments.
* Work with multi-agency teams to safeguard and empower customers.
* Help customers build independence and prepare for their move-on into the community.

You have
* Passion and experience in supporting others, ideally in a supported housing setting.
* Experience assessing referrals and coordinating support preferred but not essential.
* The ability to work independently, remain calm under pressure and have a resilient approach.
Practical details
* Weekend work (usually every other) and a mixture of early and late shifts; typical times 09:00-17:00 and 14:00-22:00.
* 37.5 hours per week on a two-week rolling rota; role is front-facing and based on site.
* Requires an Enhanced DBS with barring list (salary payment covers this).
* Position based at Buller Court in Farnborough, a mental health support service for individuals with mental health needs, learning disabilities, substance misuse and autism.
