We are on the lookout for a Claims Handler to join our established First Response Team to work on a night shift basis working 44 hours per week on a rota of 4 days on 4 days off.

Responsibilities

· As a Nightshift Claims Handler, you will handle initial client claims related to road traffic, personal injury, and vehicle damage.

· Looking after your own caseload of clients, delivering an exceptional customer service experience to both customers and clients.

· Being articulate, having a strong communication skill set to handle complex claims, and maintaining professional relationships with internal colleagues, external clients, and third parties.

· Working to targets and deadlines within a proactive workplace, meaning taking ownership of your caseload is essential.

Essential Skills and Experience

· Contact Centre Experience

· Target driven/Experience working to KPI's

· Ability to work to deadlines

· Good independent and team working skills.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy

· Excellent written and verbal communication skill

Desirable Skills and Experience

· Insurance Sector experience

· Case Management experience

· Prior knowledge of motor claims, liability, and litigation
