We are looking for a Retoucher & Studio Coordinator to join our London team. We seek someone with a keen attention to detail, proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, and experience in photo editing. The role involves managing studio operations, multitasking efficiently, and collaborating to produce high-quality results. Responsibilities include retouching in-house studio photography, post-production for e-commerce and retail assets, and assisting photographers with studio coordination.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills to deliver quality work swiftly, with previous experience in a studio setting within fashion or beauty. You should thrive in Revolutions' dynamic culture of speed and quality, enjoy working in an entrepreneurial environment, and be comfortable collaborating across departments.
Retouch & Post Production
* Retouch all in-house studio photography projects, including ecommerce product, still life, functional model, and campaign imagery, following Revolution Beauty’s retouching guidelines.
* Possess technical skills in colour correction, matching, cloning, healing, compositing, masking, cutouts, shadow manipulation, background addition/removal, and batch processing of raw and retouched images.
* Manage retailer image cut-out and resize requests.
* Perform quality checks on imagery before upload.
* Organize files by naming, resizing, and uploading assets, maintaining server organization.
* Ensure timely asset delivery, communicating any deadline concerns.
* Assist Lead Producer with workflow management and scheduling.
Studio Coordination
* Support photographers with lighting checks and setup for shoots.
* Maintain organization and care of studio equipment.
* Procure equipment and props under the guidance of the Head of Design, Lead Producer, or Photographer.
* Assist Lead Producer with sample management for shoots.
Qualifications and Skills
* High-standard retouching skills capable of quick turnaround.
* Technical knowledge of Mac OS, Photoshop CS, Capture One, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
* Experience with Wacom tablets.
* Experience with Profoto lighting and Canon cameras.
* Background in a busy studio environment, preferably in beauty or fashion.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills.
* Attention to detail and a keen interest in photography.
* Video editing skills are a plus.
