The Role
They're seeking a Product Development & Market Insight Executive to join their dynamic product team. You will play a crucial role in spotting trends, researching international markets, and helping bring forward-thinking products to life. Your insights will directly influence product strategy, helping them stay ahead in a fast-paced global market.
Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct international market research (consumer behavior, innovation, regulatory insight, competitor trends).
2. Identify product opportunities and support end-to-end development from concept to launch.
3. Collaborate closely with internal departments including supply, sales, marketing, and compliance.
4. Translate insights into business cases and strategic recommendations.
5. Support go-to-market plans, product positioning, and lifecycle management.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and external partners.
7. Assist with cost optimisation, quality control, and compliance monitoring.
8. Provide internal training and support cross-functional teams with product knowledge.
About You

Essential:

15. Experience in product development, category management, or market research (ideally in consumer goods or related sectors).
16. Willingness to travel internationally as required..
17. UK work authorisation.
Desirable:
18. Experience in regulated products or fast-moving, trend-led sectors.
19. Interest in wellness, lifestyle, or habit-shaping products.
