The Role As a Cleaner, you’ll be responsible for: Cleaning gym equipment, studios, changing rooms, toilets, showers, and communal areas. Maintaining high hygiene standards throughout the facility. Ensuring members always experience a clean, safe, and presentable gym. Restocking supplies where needed. Following cleaning schedules and daily checklists. Reporting maintenance, safety, or cleanliness issues to management. Supporting the wider team in maintaining a professional and welcoming environment. Taking pride in presenting the club to the highest possible standard. Helping maintain the premium look, feel, and cleanliness of the club throughout the day. What We’re Looking For Previous cleaning experience preferred, but not essential. Excellent attention to detail. Reliable, punctual, and hardworking. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Positive attitude and pride in maintaining high standards. Proactive approach to cleanliness and presentation. Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends where required. Someone who understands the importance of cleanliness in a premium gym environment.
