Job: Service Administrator for Commercial Main Dealership Location: Heathrow Salary: £29,000 Basic Salary Bonus - £35,000 Hours: Monday to Friday – 40 hours/week - 1 in 3 Saturdays – 7am to 12 Noon About the Role: We’re looking for a proactive Service Administrator to join our customer-focused team at a commercial main dealership. In this vital front-of-house and support role, you will act as the single point of contact for customers throughout the service process—ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and top-tier customer care. You'll also support Service and Parts Advisors by handling phone calls, walk-in enquiries, and essential admin duties. Key Responsibilities: * Welcome and assist customers in-person and via phone * Manage contactless Check-in/Check-out (Tjekvik system) * Update customers on service progress, outstanding work, and recalls * Process service requests, authorisations, and future work scheduling * Maintain accurate service records and invoice filing * Support voicemail management and internal communication * Maintain a professional, friendly front-of-house experience * Engage in training toward Accredited Service Advisor status Requirements * Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Competent with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) * Willingness to learn Kerridge or other dealership software * Team player with a can-do attitude and a positive approach * Highly organised and adaptable under pressure Benefits * 30 days annual leave (including Bank Holidays) * Extra leave awarded for long service (after 3, 5, 7, and 10 years) * Holiday scheme – purchase up to 3 additional days per year * Statutory pension scheme * Free Class IV MOT each year * Friendly, family-run business environment Full vacancy details for this Automotive Service Administrator role are available to registered candidates.
