A leading, well‑established insurance organisation in the heart of the City is seeking two IT Support Analysts to join its growing technology function. This role is perfect for someone early in their IT career who wants hands‑on experience across modern workplace technologies, cloud administration, and end‑user support within a regulated environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
As an IT Support Analyst, you’ll support the business across 1st and 2nd line issues, with exposure to a wide range of technologies and senior IT leaders.
Modern Workplace & Microsoft 365
Administer Microsoft 365 (Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive)
Manage Azure Active Directory user accounts, permissions, and licences
Troubleshoot user issues across cloud apps and collaboration tools
Device & Endpoint Management (Intune)
Configure and deploy laptops and mobile devices via Intune
Apply compliance policies, security baselines, and app deployments
Monitor device health and resolve endpoint issues
Onboarding / Offboarding (JML)
Prepare hardware, accounts, and access permissions for new joiners
Manage secure access removal and data handling for leavers
Service Desk & IT Operations
Log, prioritise, and resolve incidents and service requests
Work closely with an MSP for escalations and project support
Maintain documentation, asset lists, and troubleshooting guides
Provide support for business-critical applications
What We’re Looking For
experience
1.5–3 years in an IT Support or 1st/2nd Line role
experience with:
Microsoft 365 administration
Intune device management
Active Directory
Windows OS and endpoint troubleshooting
Mindset
Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
Proactive, solutions-driven, and eager to learn
Comfortable working onsite full-time initially
experience in insurance or financial services is beneficial, not essential
