A fantastic opportunity to join one of West London's most recognised retail destinations and play a key role in shaping the marketing strategy for Ealing Broadway, a flagship British Land asset.This is a highly visible position where you'll lead marketing, events, placemaking and community engagement initiatives that drive footfall, enhance customer experience and support commercial performance. What you'll be doing: •Owning and delivering the annual marketing and events strategy for Ealing Broadway •Creating engaging campaigns, seasonal activations and placemaking initiatives •Managing social media, website content and digital engagement •Building strong relationships with retailers, local stakeholders and community partners •Working closely with centre management teams to support commercial objectives •Managing agencies across PR, creative, digital and events •Tracking performance, analysing insights and managing budgets to maximise ROIAbout You: •Proven experience within retail, shopping centres, placemaking, destinations or consumer-facing marketing •Strong understanding of customer engagement, events and brand experience •Commercially minded with the ability to link marketing activity to business performance •Confident stakeholder manager with excellent communication skills •Excellent social media and content creation skills, with experience growing engagement across key digital channels What's on Offer: •£50,000 - £55,000 •The opportunity to market a major British Land destination •A varied role spanning events, placemaking, partnerships, digital and community engagement •The chance to make a visible impact on one of West London's busiest retail and leisure destinations •You'll be joining Whitewall Marketing, the specialist marketing agency responsible for delivering marketing, placemaking and destination campaigns for Ealing Broadway Shopping Centre.📩
