Registered Nurse’s with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support are at the heart of our clinical teams.
We’re currently searching for a fantastic Registered Nurse to join us in leading our nursing service in Chippenham.
This service is a welcoming and friendly environment with a dynamic team that supports a fantastic group of people. The people we support at this service have been diagnosed with conditions such as Huntington’s, Acquired Brain Injuries, Strokes, Cerebral Palsy and Learning Disabilities.
This wide range of conditions ensures that Nurses continue to develop and learn new skills on a day-to-day basis.
Responsibilities
* Support the nursing service leadership in Chippenham.
* Work with a group of people who have Huntington’s, Acquired Brain Injuries, Strokes, Cerebral Palsy and Learning Disabilities.
* Continue CPD with training in areas including: Dementia, pain management, stoma care, catheter care, verification of death.
* Help people gain more independence in their daily lives and ensure the clinical needs of the people we support are met.
* Develop a close working relationship with the people we support to prioritise nursing and care needs.
* Lead and deliver clinical care and provide support and guidance to care colleagues.
* Remain connected to the reasons for choosing this role, keeping day-to-day support at the heart of practice.
* Contribute to making a difference in the lives of others by helping colleagues grow in confidence and people we support gain independence.
Qualifications & Requirements
* UK-based nursing qualification and relevant experience working as an RGN, RMN or RNLD.
* Registered with the NMC.
* Ability to demonstrate the right values and passion to improve someone’s life.
* The service seeks candidates who embrace diversity and are committed to development and growth.
