Basic salary: £28,453.75 + excellent company benefits
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am5:00pm | Alternate Saturdays, 8:00am12:00pm (as per rota)

As a Parts Advisor in our dynamic team, youll be working in a fast-paced telesales environment, supporting trade customers by providing exceptional service and accurate parts advice.
What Youll Be Doing:
Handling inbound parts enquiries and orders via phone and online platforms
Accurately identifying and sourcing parts to meet customer needs
Using promotions effectively to meet sales targets
Identifying opportunities to upsell and increase sales
Staying up to date on new products, parts updates, recalls, and special offers
Building strong, positive relationships with customers and internal teams
What Were Looking For:
Experience in a Parts Advisor or similar role within the motor industry (essential)
Confident telephone manner and telesales experience
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
Comfortable working to targets and sales objectives
Willingness to engage in regular training and professional development
