Overview
Electrical Supervisor responsible for managing the delivery of all mechanical, electrical and associated maintenance services across the site. Lead a team of engineers and sub-contractors to ensure a professional, timely, and cost-effective service in line with contractual KPIs. Compile accurate management information and support site audits (quality, health and safety, environmental and finance).
What We Are Looking For
The successful candidate will have strong technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems. Project experience is desirable but not essential. Demonstrated ability to manage multi-disciplined teams, including recruitment, disciplinary actions, grievances, appraisals, and performance management. Ability to manage operational spend and be highly computer literate (Microsoft applications).
Main Duties
* Manage customer escalations and communicate effectively.
* Promote QHSE best practices and consistency within the team.
* Assist Engineers and planning team, providing support, advice and guidance to ensure best use of time and resources.
* Root cause analysis of day-to-day issues for continuous improvement of processes and data.
* Investigate and provide resolutions to issues that impact first-time fix, double job handling and unnecessary sub-contracting.

Qualifications & Experience
* Electrical Qualification C&Q Level 3, with experience working in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience in a technical Estates environment.
* Experience in a supervisory and/or Team Leader role.
