POSITION SUMMARY
Reporting to the COO, we are looking for a commercial and strategic thinker with a results driven mentality. This role will be responsible for defining and leading the e-commerce performance success of HGI and its portfolio of luxury wellbeing & aesthetics brands within the UK and on global scale.
You will defining and overseeing deployment of a progressive and profitable performance strategy to engage, retain and convert users across;

Driving revenue growth and ROI across all of e-commerce platforms you will be also be advising on innovative strategies for new e-commerce concepts and be leading the performance strategy for new integrations and initiatives to drive incremental growth and be the thought leader in the future of the company’s e-commerce excellence.
You will be joining us during a period of rapid growth and being part of a small team and supported by a range of stakeholders and agency expertise to underpin personal and professional success, this role boasts huge potential to be rewarded and enriched in line with the company’s’ progressive onward growth plan.
MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
* Definition of strategy & growth forecast across all digital performance channels in association with stakeholders.
* Defining & co-ordinating omni channel lead funnel strategy and tactics for each platform
* Oversee PPC spend and campaigns whilst driving a strong ROAS & ensuring luxury brand positioning is maintained across portfolio.
* Developing & overseeing delivery of SEO plans for each platform
* Overseeing tactical & paid social campaigns across all platforms as defined (including Meta, TikTok, Pinterest) with Heads of Brands and appointed digital agencies
* Devising creative & cost-effective strategies to drive traffic & sales to the sites
* Streamlining the end-to-end customer journey to achieve maximum ROI
* Drive continual optimisation of site traffic, page views, dwell time, content interaction and conversion to purchase
* Continual competitor & industry insight gathering to deliver best in class experiences
* Driving trial and adoption of best practice across the groups brands.
* Managing third-party web development agencies & working closely with them to develop & implement web development & improvement plans
* Presenting to the senior management team on progress & plans
* Super user of all outward facing digital platforms & guardianship of all connectivity and integrations across this network
* Oversee effective & timely deployment of all digital campaigns as defined in brand plans
* Oversee all analytics & reporting of all activity & KPIs as defined
* Budget responsibility

EXPERIENCE & KEY SUCCESS CRITERIA
* 5 years + Commercial ownership of digital platforms and demonstrated growth YOY
* Understanding of e-commerce & lead funnel marketing in a fast-paced environment
* Strong working knowledge of Google Adwords, Merchant Center, Analytics, Meta and other key social channels
* Expert in affiliate marketing principles, platforms and performance tracking
* Knowledge of the aesthetics, beauty and retail landscape
* Amazon seller account experience
* Klaviyo segmentation & optimization of user journeys & conversion
* Social commercialization experience – Tik tok, meta etc. You tube
* In depth knowledge of journey mapping & CRO
* Strong understanding of content strategy and SEO
* Entrepreneurial mindset with an autonomous working style
* Agency & budget management

Harpar Grace International is a privately owned, entrepreneurial, dynamic and passionate company founded in 2013, specialising in the development, distribution and management of luxury, cosmeceutical, spa and retail brands.
Harpar Grace are the exclusive distributors for iS Clinical Cosmeceuticals, RevitaLash, Totally Derma Nutraceutical drink supplement throughout UK & Ireland and Caribbean and global brand owners for Déesse PRO LED Light therapy brand. The company continues to achieve exceptional year-on-year performance and the team is rapidly expanding to support the ambitious growth of the company and brand portfolio.
WORKING CONDITIONS & BENEFITS
* Six month contract to perm
* Hybrid working (2 days min per month at HQ)
* Progressive bonus scheme
* Holiday entitlement will be at the rate of 22 days per calendar year, plus bank holidays pro rata. Entitled in the following years to an additional day of holiday per year for each completed year of service, up to five years (and so will be entitled to a maximum of five extra days)
* Private Health offered at 6 months service subject to moving to permanent

* Pension offered at 3 months of service. The Company contribution is 3% of salary. Employee contribution is 5% of salary
