We're recruiting a Head Chef for a busy coastal hotel restaurant on the Isle of Wight, leading a kitchen that delivers quality food across a busy dining room, a relaxed terrace overlooking the coast with some of the best vies in the Isle of White.
During peak season, the site can do up to 300 covers, so we are looking for a strong opportunity for an experienced Head Chef or a Senior Sous ready to step into a top leadership role and make a real mark on a growing business.

What the role offers
Lead a main restaurant (100 covers) reaching up to 300 covers on peak days.
Create and oversee an afternoon tea service reaching around 80 covers in season.
Manage and develop a brigade of chefs.
Collaborate directly with hands-on owners who care deeply about standards.
Shape menus from concept to final dish, with full involvement in testing and refinement.
Ideal background
Experience in high-volume, quality-driven kitchens.
