The Performance & Delivery Lead is tasked with driving operational excellence by embedding Agile principles and optimising workflows across product teams. This role is essential in enabling high-performing teams, promoting collaboration, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement to align with our organisational goals.
What you'll be doing:
As our Performance & Delivery Lead, you'll communicate and influence at all levels to define and monitor relevant metrics that connect with shop floor processes for performance improvement. You will provide in-depth data analysis for decision-making to ensure reliable delivery and visibility of value streams. Additionally, you will support organisational change management and scale Agile practices across teams. Leading process performance management, facilitating Agile ceremonies, and driving continuous improvement will be key. Collaborating with teams and stakeholders to proactively manage risks and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and delivery speed is also crucial.
You'll also demonstrate ownership and delivery by motivating teams to deliver consistent results, making timely decisions, and resolving root causes of problems to prevent recurrence. Inspirational leadership will be important, as you will need to communicate strategies effectively, manage and mentor teams to achieve high performance, and tackle under-performance swiftly.
