Duties
* Oversee day-to-day cleaning operations to ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard.
* Monitor staff time sheets and prepare hours accurately for payroll processing.
* Assist with scheduling and staff rotas to meet operational needs.
* Work alongside the operatives as required, demonstrating a flexible and practical approach.
* Ensure all health & safety and company policies are followed.
Skills
* Proficient in English, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
* Strong customer service skills, demonstrating a friendly and professional attitude at all times.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* A valid driving licence is essential.
* Supervisory or team leader experience is preferred.
* Flexibility to work different shifts when needed.
* Be willing to cover contracts in the event of staff sickness and holidays.
* A conscientious, self motivated and proactive approach to work.
