Are you an experienced Electrical Engineer ready to take the next step into a leadership position? Were working with a highly respected building services consultancy seeking an Electrical Associate to join their Edinburgh office.
In this role, youll play a key part in driving the technical delivery and direction of major projects across sectors such as commercial, healthcare, education, and high-tech facilities. Youll take ownership of client relationships, oversee project delivery, and guide a growing team of engineers.
What youll be doing:
* Leading electrical design and strategy across multidisciplinary projects
* Managing project delivery from concept through to completion
* Providing technical oversight, QA, and design assurance
* Developing and mentoring junior engineers within the team
* Building strong relationships with clients and project partners
What youll bring:
* Degree-qualified in Building Services, Electrical Engineering, or related field
* Chartered (or working toward) with relevant professional body (CIBSE, IET, etc.)
* Proven experience leading projects within a consultancy environment
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
